COLOURS

I recently had the opportunity to swim in a salt-water pool illuminated
by the changing colours of the spectrum. As I swam I concentrated
on the deep turquoise of the waters that then, turned violet, and
turned gray or colorless for a while before becoming light yellow
and orange; then, deep green and turning back to turquoise again.
And the cycle re-began. Colours make me feel whole. Colours
reinforce my integrity. Colours add harmony to the present
moment, especially if their perception is accompanied
by movement in the water.
