COLOURS

I recently had the opportunity to swim in a salt-water pool illuminated

by the changing colours of the spectrum. As I swam I concentrated

on the deep turquoise of the waters that then, turned violet, and

turned gray or colorless for a while before becoming light yellow

and orange; then, deep green and turning back to turquoise again.

And the cycle re-began. Colours make me feel whole. Colours

reinforce my integrity. Colours add harmony to the present

moment, especially if their perception is accompanied

by movement in the water.
