Should the genre of non-fiction be based on objective knowledge or by taking the reader's participation into consideration, rather be a hybrid genre? This question preoccupies my attention lately as I plan to write a non-fiction piece of about
5'000 words or less concerning the watersheds and the partition of river-waters.
At the moment, I have begun researching the question as a geographer and will continue to do so for sometime until I come up with a non-fiction plan for my piece
but one that will link my research and my phenomenological experience into a non-fiction ms. Have I unconsciously answered my own question? Maybe so.
