The world cup in football is taking place in Russia until July 15 and people
all over the world are watching the matches from giant screens. As they watch
there are screams, yells, and shouts according to which team or player
the viewers support. And these might not be the same... Can we deduce
from this observation we, as humans, need a cause to believe in and
to fight for virtually even if we are only spectators behind a screen?
Or are we witnessing man's need for knowledge and the drive to discover
who the winner will be which is linked to man's curiosity and man's drive
for discovery?
