I think that a global approach that combines these topics into an integrative entity would be the right approach to solving many medical and psychological problems for patients who consult
with psychosomatic symptoms. For instance, if an adolescent with an attention deficit consults a neuropsychiatrist it would be efficient to examine his IRM and his EEG before getting
to know him as a person and before beginning to enter a relation with him. These neurological brain imageries can complement a short- or mid-term therapy which can also be supplemented
with the appropriate medication. Dynamic psychotherapy can, then, delve into the personal developmental history of the patient much more efficiently. To this end, specialised clinics using the new imagery technologies that can give a more precise idea of the limbic and cognitive state of the patient combined with short or mid-term psychotherapies could reinstate the patient's concentration and work to improve his cognitive capacities.
