Post-Confinement

I think our life-styles changed after the Covid crisis
to become slower and more reflective. At least for me.
I tend to think twice before I act, speak, and/or address
people. This signifies that I am more aware of surroundings,
especially of the people and the environment with which
I interact every day. This also signifies that my decisions
are sounder, healthier, and more adaptable to my inner
thoughts and feelings. Another important change is that
I am able to confront and cope with frustrations much
more efficiently and with much less stress. Yet, another
change on the post-Covid horizon is related to the
management of Time with a capital "T". The changes
I described above leave me with a lot of quality Time
which I would rather spend with my post-thesis books,
with walking, and swimming rather than in idle talk
and rumours that tinge my clear skies with tenebrous
regressions.
