Depth Poetry

What is depth poetry? I think it is poetry based on two elements principally:
Depth introspection meaning the faculty of analysing your emotions,
albeit the mixed one as clearly as you can by scrutinising yourself
as honestly as you can within a given span of time because our feelings
and emotions are impermanent. And the assimilation of our experience
and/or our perceptions after introspection which includes an unconscious
element since our mental life is made both of our conscious and
the unconscious that include the repressed emotions that are embedded
by the latter to be discovered through psychoanalysis and/or
an artistic or a sublimated activity like poetry which, like dreams,
can get very close to the unconscious by the content of the poem
that has a life of its own or as Eliot contended leads the poet
to its final form before the poet takes on the process of
elaboration which is a totally conscious one.
