According to neurosciences, silence is excellent for the mind

because it helps the brain classify and order information more

efficiently. A silent environment benefits the mind because

it helps the mind rest and assimilate environmental stimuli

in an orderly manner. Silence helps to organise information

better and to organise our lives more serenely and efficiently.

I wish everyone silent moments in the in their lives.
